Phase II : Construction Monitoring

  • ·         Monitoring the project to ascertain timely completion.
  • ·         Attending monthly project review meetings
  • ·         Reviewing progress of design effort
  • ·         Reviewing progress of overall procurement progress
  • ·         Reviewing work plans and quality control procedures
  • ·         Conducting monthly on-site visits to ensure project schedule and agreed design concepts
  • ·         Ensuring safety aspects at site.
  • ·         Reviewing the contractor's monthly loan requisition requirement
  • ·         Providing regular feedback about progress of the work and proper utilization of funds
  • ·         Suggesting possible remedial measures to avoid/reduce time and cost overruns

Phase III : Performance Testing
